How can I send my film to you guys?

We’ll send a link for you to upload your film. After the color grading process we’ll send you another email to notify you that your film is ready to download.

How does the color grading process work?

First of all, you can choose which option you want to choose: Color Correction or Color Grading. You will be able to download your graded film 3 days maximum.

Which options do I have?

We offer two options: Color Correction and Color Grading. The Color Correction option gives you a neutral look with the contrast and brightness balanced to minimize color differences and achieve a constant harmonic look. The Color Grading option lets you choose from special looks out of our handmade Lookbook or even make your own Look suggestion. Furthermore, you have the option to choose Graphics, Motion Graphics and Video Editing.

Do I still own the property rights to my film?

Of course you still own the rights to your film.

How does the payment process work?

We will send you a bill after your order confirmation, so you can pay online, with PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Sofort Online Bank Transfer within 14 days.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the end result?

You have the option to communicate your specifications frame for frame with our grader and we will do our best to meet your wishes. Generally, we offer every customer who isn’t satisfied with their end result and hasn’t yet downloaded their graded film or used our service in any other form, no obligation to pay. But we reserve the right not to conclude anymore contracts with the customer, if the reason for not processing the payment isn’t unreproducible.
